SHIPPING AND DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY
Please note that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified so as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

Our shipping policies as below -

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.
If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.

However, if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the package to you between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered working days. Unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes are among the factors affecting delivery time that are beyond our control.

Your order tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product is dispatched. Please be patient with us until then.

PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION
We will not be held liable for items signed by someone other than the person who ordered the product at the address provided at the time of the order. We cannot be held liable for inaccurate addresses provided at the time of ordering because the transactions are authorized by the cardholder. Under no circumstances will the delivery be rerouted or redelivered to another address. The selected goods will only be delivered to the city listed on this Site as "available." NIKZEN INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD will not be held liable for product damage after delivery. NIKZEN INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD will first contact the customer to confirm the delivery date, time, and address. If the delivery fails for any of the reasons listed below, NIKZEN INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD will contact the client a second time to deliver the items and will incur delivery fees for the second attempt. If the client declines to pay the second delivery fee, NIKZEN INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD will refund the customer's whole order amount.

IN THE FOLLOWING CASES, NIKZEN INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD WILL CONSIDER THE ORDER DELIVERY "FAILED":
* Delivery not completed due to incorrect address or not contactable during delivery.
* Recipient not available or property is locked
We have the right to reschedule the delivery if there are floods, heavy rains, or a national bandh. We will notify you if the product is not delivered owing to any of the aforementioned causes. On the day of delivery, all claims for shortages or damages must be notified to customer care via the web store's contact us page. In addition, the aforementioned shortage of items must be noted, signed on the delivery challan copy, and returned to the delivery person.

CHARGES FOR DELIVERY
The cost of shipping and handling varies depending on the goods, packing, size, volume, kind, and other factors. The shipping and handling charges are displayed throughout the checkout process, and customers will be aware of them before making any payments.

POLICY ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Within 7 days of receiving the material, you may return a product purchased from us if it is damaged or defective. There will be no cash compensation if you return or exchange something in the form of a credit note. The receipt has the date of purchase printed on it. However, after 7 days from the date of material receipt, we are unable to provide you a return or exchange.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONÂ
* Only the original receipt can be used to return or exchange products. The refund or exchange will be subject to inspection, and if it is not accepted, there will be no refund or exchange.
* The Product must be unopened and in the same condition as when it was sent to you. It also needs to be in its original packaging. The credit note's validity cannot be renewed or swapped after it has expired. We have the right to amend our Return & Exchange policy at any moment.

Out of Stock Items
All products are subject to availability. Backordered products include items that are not currently in stock. Should this occur, we would email you with the anticipated dispatch date. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, cancel the item from your order, and refund you in full, or you may choose an alternative product of the same value.

No-Questions-Asked Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with a product you purchased, you may return it to us for a full refund. However, we are unable to reimburse the cost of return shipping for non-faulty items.
Organic Mantras makes every effort to ensure that orders are delivered in pristine condition. Customers should notify Customer Service within 3 days of receipt and return the shipment within 7 days for a replacement to be supplied if a product arrives damaged.
